I wore these leggings for almost 2 years straight before I had to mend them (the bum seam split) and I think they're the only leggings I have ever bought that didn't get ridiculously see-through in a year. The little rubber bits had started to wear off the knees, but it seems that's because they were doing their job. Even climbing on super-sharp limestone, the only holes I have in these pants are care of puppy razor-teeth! I love the high waistband as it keeps me covered even on when stretching or doing weird moves on a climb, as well as when wearing a harness. The seams aren't very refined, so they initially felt like they were going to be really uncomfortable, but I actually didn't find them an issue. I have just bought a new pair (in the new colour), and am just about to buy another! I'm only sad that the new version doesn't have the knee protection.
