To make it easier to put on your sports bra, we recommend fastening it in the front, then slipping the clasp around to the back. Then bring it up over the bust and slide on the straps as you would with a standard bra.

We recommend washing it at no more than 30°C and placing it in our specially designed laundry bag, sold separately (ref. 8505236).Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability.
