Product information
It is necessary to block the rod with a carabiner in the cable ring at the base of the rod to prevent it from unfolding unexpectedly. CAUTION: do not unfold the rod in one go, as doing so could ultimately damage the carbon tubes. It is preferable to unfold them one by one to make the product last longer.
Product Reviews

It seems appealing for the price, but don't get this one.
- You have to extend the entire thing every time, even if your first bolt is only just out of reach, or it isn't solid.
- You can 'cast' out the whole rod at once, but then you have to manually go through each tube and tighten it by hand to make it rigid.
- To ensure it's rigid, you have to tighten it hard, but then that makes it difficult and slow to collapse and I feel like over time it will wear out the tubes.
- If it gets turned upside down it spills the whole tube out, so you have to put a carabiner through the loop at the bottom... but they don't supply that and it makes it even slower to unpack & repack.
- The attachment part at the top is fine, but the string method to retrieve draws is really fiddly and slow to work with. The little hook is the only part of this that I find useful that other stick clips don't have.
