Accessible in seconds
You can easily take out and store away your two flasks through the opening at the abdomen. You can also grab your gels in a flash through the openings on the hips.
Capacity
We have designed this belt to carry two soft flasks (250 ml max) at the abdomen and 6 gels distributed across the hips. Keep the rear pocket for less urgent items: for example, your telephone or keys provided they are protected from humidity (sweat and/or rain). You can fit more in, but it might be less secure and jiggle about.

Great! A little on the small side but useful
Great carrying capacity for such a light belt, and it's easy to get to and get things out on the move. Phenomenal value for the cost. The fit is a bit on the tighter side as mentioned in the other reviews, so I will probably pick one size bigger the next time.
Good compartments, but sizing was an issue for me.
