Nabaiji Swimming Ear Plugs

Due to no instructions with the ear plugs, I was unsure which colour went in which ear (or even if it mattered!.) AIso as I have never worn ear plugs before I wasn't sure how to fit then securely in my ears. There obviously is a knack, which I haven't got. Any suggestions?

This earplugs are not totally worn in ears well although they are waterproof.

Great for open water swimming

I’ve not had mine long, but my husband has them and finds them great, so suggested I tried them as I’ve recently had an ear infection. They fit well and I can put the string under my swim hat so there’s no chance of losing them.
