Use this kit safely
- Maximum elastic resistance:45 kg- Always place the training tag on the other side of the door when training to avoid accidents.- Make sure there's a maximum of 2.5 cm between the floor and the bottom of the door so you can fit the door hook at the bottom.

Upper body muscle toning session to be carried out with this kit:- Face pull 3×15-20 reps- Lateral raise 3×12-20 reps/side- One-arm pull (attached at top) 3×12-15 repetitions/side- Single-arm bent-over pull (attached at bottom) 3×12-15 reps/side- biceps 3×12-20 repsTake 1 minute to recover between 2 setsIncrease the number of repetitions as you go along and then increase the resistance of the elastic!
