Staff at store were brilliant.
They take your money even though they dont have the stock. Then 3 weeks later no delivery of the item. Then when you question them they cancel the order and refund you with no explanation. Very unprofessional, its clear to see why other cycle companies flourish and Decathlon dont. Other only sell what they have in stock and let you order up to 6pm and still deliver next day. Im sorry if my comments are harsh but you have really let me down here. Thanks for nothing decathlon.
