Security guy keeps stopping me at the door

Decathlon and the products are great but the security guy keeps stopping me at the door despite paying for my goods and having a receipt. Even when I produce me receipt the security scrutinises it and makes me empty my bad. Its very annoying wasted 10 minutes of my time on Saturday afternoon - would he not be better spending more time catching real shoplifters instead of harassing honest folk out buying goods? Never get this problem anywhere else. Thanks
