              Why use a repellent?

              Insect bites are not only unpleasant, but can be dangerous to your health. Mosquitoes can transmit diseases such as malaria, dengue and yellow fever. Lyme disease can be transmitted by an infected tick. All the more reason to protect yourself and your family from insect and tick bites!

              How does a mosquito and tick repellent work?

              Anti-mosquito repellent active ingredients, such as lemon Eucalyptus essential oil, act by blocking the olfactory systems of mosquitoes that "detect" the emissions from human skin (such as lactic acid and CO²). Disturbed, disoriented and unable to find their target's skin, the mosquitoes cannot bite.
