To remove your inner tube, you\'ll need the following tools:
Easily remove your inner tube using B\'TWIN tyre levers.
Choosing an inner tube:
To keep your bike properly maintained, it\'s essential to know the exact dimensions of your tyres.You\'ll find this information on the tyre sidewall (diameter and cross-section).For example, 700 x 35 means your tyre is 700 mm in diameter and 35 mm wide. On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example: 35-622 means your tyre is 35 mm wide with an inner diameter of 700 mm (so 700 x 35)
How to change an inner tube:
For error-free installation:watch the video, inflate to 0.2 bar, insert the valve, place the inner tube inside the tyre, then in the rim, all this nice and gently.
Pro advice:
To prevent any risk of puncture by pinching, systematically check the tyre pressure efore each ride.
What to check before installing your inner tube:
Before pumping, make sure nothing\'s rubbing against the tyre, that the rim strip is smooth and correctly positioned, and that the rim has no sharp parts or deformations.
Inflating a tyre:
The ideal pressure is shown on the sidewall. As you inflate, check that the tyre is settling into place evenly.
