A few tips to avoid injury

Tucking in your pelvis will help.If you're just getting started with the Ab Wheel, don't try to push yourself too far forward. To prevent too great a range of movement, train in front of a wall or door that will stop you.The Ab Wheel is not recommended for those with back problems or who are not used to working out their abs.
