Yoga Blanket - Burgundy

Our blanket is generously proportioned: it is 180 cm long and 80 cm wide. It weighs 575 g.Easy to roll up and carry with the elastic strap.

This blanket can be used at different points of your yoga session. When folded it becomes a cushion for sitting on at the start and end of class, or for protecting your knees and ankles during certain poses (like diamond pose or cat/cow). It is also very useful for poses such as the shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) and protecting your cervical spine. When unfolded it is big enough to wrap around you for a comfortable Savasana.
