How to change an inner tube:
Watch our tutorial before installation.A slightly inflated inner tube makes insertion easier.Position the valve correctly, insert the inner tube into the tyre, then into the rim, taking care not to pinch it.
Choosing an inner tube:
To maintain your bike properly, it is important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres. This information can be found on the sidewall of the tyre (diameter and width). For example, 26x1.90 means a tyre with a diameter of 26 inches and a width of 1.90 inches. On the side, you will also find the dimensions in mm according to the ETRTO standard. For example, 50-559 indicates a tyre that is 50 mm wide with an inner diameter of 559 mm (approximately 26x2.00).
Fitting a tyre:
For pinch-free installation:start at the valve, finish at the opposite end, and never use hard tools.
Inflating a tyre:
Use the correct pressure (indicated on the sidewall). When inflating, visually check that the tyre is correctly positioned.
