The Training Station 900 is a pull-up and dip station that you can use for functional bodyweight exercises that train your upper body, whether you want to retain or build muscle.You can also weight yourself down (with a belt or jacket) to increase the challenge.For your comfort, the handles for pull-ups and dips are non-slip and padded where you place your elbow.

Compact enough to fit easily into your home, it can be adapted to suit a wide range of sportsmen and women.

We wanted you to be able to train at home with no limits. That's why the TS 900 only takes up 1 m² of floor space.And to make sure it fits as many people as possible, our design team conducted tests with 20 athletes of different builds.The result: The TS 900 can be used by anyone measuring 1.60 m to 1.95 m and weighing up to 150 kg.

Easy adjustments for effective workouts

Fitting:- 1 hour with 2 adultsOnce you've set up your Training Station 900, the main thing you need to adjust is the backrest for doing leg raises. This will depend on your height. The rest of the equipment is accessible via the steps, with no need for adjustment.The adjustable glides on the underside of your Roman chair allow it to adapt to uneven floors.

Can the roman chair be set up outdoors?

No, it is not designed for outdoor use. The Roman Chair Training Station 900 is made of metal, which is not treated against moisture or UV rays. If you store your chair outside or in a damp place, it will rust, which could lead to breakage. It will no longer be safe to use.
