Why protein?

Protein helps maintain muscle mass.It's one of the 3 macronutrients that are essential for our body (along with fats and carbohydrates).ANSES (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety) recommends consuming 0.83 grams per kilogram of body weight* each day.For example, for a woman weighing 60 kilos:60 X 0.83 = around 49 grams of protein per day.

A new recipe and protein bars with no artificial sweeteners or flavourings

Our approach: no sweeteners, no artificial flavourings, a revised recipe list (fewer ingredients than in our previous bar) and ingredients that are easy to understand. If you don't know what one of the ingredients in the recipe is used for, feel free to ask us ;-) (questions & answers - ask your question).

The cocoa used in this product is grown and traded under Fairtrade/Max Havelaar standards, enabling producers to benefit from fairer trading conditions, and to improve their living conditions and those of their community.The cocoa in this product may be mixed with non-certified cocoa for technical reasons, but the total volume is guaranteed to be Fairtrade/Max Havelaar certified (mass balance).
