Mineral filters work by creating a protective barrier on the skin, hence the white sheen. They are not designed to penetrate the skin.

The US state of Hawaii has banned the use of certain chemical substances in sunscreens as of 1 January 2021. The Hawaiian law covers chemical substances such as oxybenzone and octinoxate, which are commonly found in sun creams but are likely to harm or even destroy coral reefs.Our formulas comply with these regulations.

Apply generously and evenly before sun exposure and re-apply frequently, at least every 2 hours. Avoid sun exposure during peak sun hours. Sunburns are dangerous, especially for children. Do not expose babies aged 6 months and under to the sun. Do not use on children under 6 months. Avoid direct contact with clothing.
