How to prepare your muscle gainer?
Mix 250ml of water with 4 scoops (equivalent to 100g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve. Mix for 30 seconds and consume.We recommend using water at moderate temperature and avoiding mixing your powder with hot water.For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 250 ml of animal or plant-based milk according to your taste

I have been researching the market for a healthy, grass-fed, good production standards, whey shake and after trying multiple brands (high-street but also more less pretentious ones which were full organic etc) I have to say that I found my house-whey. No digestion problems, no bloating problems, taste is great, BCAA in good amounts. You can really feel the difference with this one. Mixes well, easy to open packaging. How the hell they keep it within £20 per kg is beyond me. The only problem is availability in my local Decathlon (often there will be just the 700g version of it on the shelf)

je suis pour le première fois déçu de la marque ce produit à un goût et pas du tout agréable , et il faut 4 cuillère doseuse pour un shaker autant dire que sait tellement épais qu'on pourrait le manger , 30€ pour ca trés déçu , je pence que demander un remboursement serait impossible vue que pour le tester faut l'ouvrir
