Dimensions and contents of the training bar kit
The kit includes:- 1 bar in 3 parts (28 mm diameter)- 2 x 15 kg training bands- One carry bagThe assembled bar (all three parts plus the snap hooks attached to each end) weighs 1520 g. The assembled bar with two parts + snap hooks weighs 1040 g. Each snap hook weighs 35 g.The bar is 135 cm long if you use the 3 parts.It is 92 cm with 2 parts.
Why use this weight training bar + band kit?
The combination of the bar and bands allows you to work on strength and power, without forcing your joints.You can adjust the length of the bar based on your exercises, and replace the 15 kg bands by more resistant bands as you progress (up to 35 kg max). The QR code provides workouts you can do with the kit.And the 3-part bar makes this kit ultra-compact so you can bring it anywhere!
Safely using the bar and bands
Ensure that the bar is fully screwed together before beginning your workout. Also check the condition of the bands before beginning. If you see white areas or small tears, we recommend replacing them. Your elastics should not exceed a resistance of 35 kg (per side).
