The Merino wool, from Spain, has been a carefully selected breed for generations because of its wool. It provides a softer fibre than traditional wool. After shearing, the wool is cleaned to remove impurities, and then carded, spun and finally used for knitting or weaving.

Merino wool offers an unbeatable experience: soft, lightweight and breathable. Thanks to its fine fibres, it provides natural thermal regulation. It keeps your feet warm in cool weather and cool in warm weather

To gear up in the winter, we recommend you follow the following principles :Warmth: warmth provided by a warm pair of socks (ideally containing a suitable percentage of wool)Breathability: Choose the sock according to the intensity of the hike and make sure you wear a breathable model to minimise moisture.Boot height: pull the socks up so that they are the same height as your boots and preferably choose long socks if you want more protection.
