100 L Capacity. Bag tested over 10,000 impacts on the shoulder straps with a 30 kg load. FORCLAZ TIP: When carrying a backpack for a prolonged period, do not carry more than 25% of your own bodyweight to reduce the stresses on your back.

We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips... for example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc. A test is then conducted on the finished product replicating the accelerated demands on the bag over the years to check the strength of the assembly.

The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which provides the equivalent volume in litres.
