This pannier rack bag meets IPX4 standard. A product with IPX4 rating means that the product is suitable for all weather conditions and resistant to water splashes coming from all directions. However, it is not resistant to immersion.

Good value and capacity product
All my stuff is wet and the panniers are flimsy
Has features far beyond it's price. Easy to fit to rack, like the Vario Hook's adjustability, a good size. Other bags I looked at in a nearby bike shop were £129 and not as good.
