What is this tool for?
The crank extractor is used to remove cranks from bicycle. It allows for clean removal without damaging the thread.
Advice from our team:
On the bike, loosen and remove the crank bolt with the Allen key side of the tool. Make sure that the crank thread is clean and fully threaded to avoid damaging the crank. Then screw the extractor fully and firmly into the crank. It is important that the tool is screwed in correctly, otherwise the thread on the crank may be stripped during the next step. Finally, screw in the push pin to remove the crank.

Product Reviews

And east and costly mistake is stripping threads with rotation, I find the QR codes to the decathalon how to use the tools awesome and easy to follow which is very convenient for me and why I purchased. Very good value and I did not realise the other end is for the crank bolts,
