BT500 Touch S7

I’ve seen this ball in store and had a play with it a few times whilst there and like what I saw, so decided to purchase. It’s a great ball, found this colour version in store, cannot find online. It’s the size 6, also not online. Got a fab feel, very grippy, excellent bouncy and the colour is super vibrant, feels robust. Very eye catching, had a few nice ball compliments . It would suitable for any gender. Only used on indoor court so far but what a ball, can defiantly recommend. There are three ballers in our house and we have many balls from higher end names but this I would say is the favourite by far. Splendid to shout with, have had a definite increase in on shot accuracy (pre game warm ups) It was bought for my daughter as she trains/plays twice weekly but I’ve had a go to to see if it lives up to its feel and it does. Give it a try, don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

After contacting customer services by email and WhatsApp 48hrs and much hassle later, I'm told to return free of charge for refund or exchange. Problem being there is no options given to state incorrect item or an exchange option on drop down only refund. Original delivery to store of this order was late, communication was problematic due to no reply from Decathlon, over 72hrs that time. On top of that had to make a 2hr drive to store to collect order as I was no longer holidaying in the area. Overall experience so far this time is terrible, all I can say is what customer services??? The quality of the basketball on the other hand is great, shame my daughter won't be getting to use it as far too big for her, even worse as it was to be her birthday present she'd chosen. I have had previous purchases from Decathlon, the products have always been great but this shopping experience has more than tainted my opinion. Very disappointed customer Decathlon. Do better. Answer your Emails. Reply to social media quicker. Very poor.
