Use water at temperatures between -20°C and +40°C. Do not use: alcohol, fatty products (dairy, oils, etc).In temperatures below 0°C, blow into the pipette after use to flush out the water and reduce the risk of freezing in the pipette and mouthpiece.If the sound of the water in your bag bothers you, simply empty the air contained in your water pouch by turning it and then directing the air bubbles to the tube while suctioning them.

Clean the bladder and pipette after each use with standard dishwashing liquid. You can use B-TWIN brush + drying hanger kit (code: 631585) particularly if you've had a sugary drink. Do not leave drink in water bladder for longer than 24 hours. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

Rinse the entire product 3 times with clear water before using for the first time.
