These terms and conditions apply solely between Geto Group, a limited liability company registered under the laws of Cyprus with License Number [Cyprus License Number], having its office registered at [Company Address in Cyprus], hereinafter “Decathlon Cyprus” or “Website”, and any person who makes a purchase at www.decathlon.com.cy, hereinafter “Customer”, collectively “the Parties”. The Customer declares that s/he is of full age or has parental permission and has the legal capacity to contract and is accordingly able to place an order on this Website. The Parties agree that their relationship will be governed solely by these terms and conditions.
Although Decathlon endeavors to ensure that the information on the Website is complete and accurate, the Website may contain errors or inaccuracies. Decathlon reserves the right to correct such errors or inaccuracies and, at any time, to change or update the information on the Website relating to the prices, availability and, description of the products offered. It is therefore agreed that the applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the Website at the time the order is placed.
The products and prices we offer are valid for as long as they are visible on the Website, other than for special offers. The Customer is urged to check the availability of the articles sold on the information page for each product.
If an item is ordered that is determined to be unavailable, Decathlon reserves the right to cancel the order, provided that it gives the Customer notice.
If one of the products ordered is unavailable, Decathlon will inform the Customer that the unavailable item cannot be shipped. The rest of the order will be processed and shipped to the Customer under his confirmation within the time stated in the email providing information about tracking the order.
The material posted by Decathlon on the Website consists of offers to purchase relating to the products presented on the Website (the “Offer”). Decathlon reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or, terminate any Offer for any reason whatsoever, without notice, and/or to limit the quantity that may be purchased of any item presented in an Offer. The product order that you submit to Decathlon through the Website constitutes your order (the “Order”). It may be necessary, at any time, for Decathlon to verify personal information or information relating to credit cards or payment cards with your credit card issuer or our payment solution provider before accepting any Order. Once payment for an Order has been verified, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
To place an Order, you must follow several steps:
The order validation email constitutes Decathlon’s acceptance of the Customer’s order and accordingly forms the contract of sale between the Parties. Your diligence in reviewing and confirming the order details contributes to a seamless shopping experience.
You agree to pay the price and all charges shown for the transaction. Unless otherwise indicated, local taxes, including VAT, are calculated based on the address where the product is made available for pickup. All amounts are in Euro (€).
Decathlon.com.cy contains a diverse range of products, and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on Decathlon.com.cy may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, so where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will charge you with the lower price.
The prices of products shown on the website are understood to include VAT and exclude shipping charges, the price of certain packaging, or the price of other optional services selected by the customer, which are charged separately. The customer will be informed of those charges on the Order summary page before the final validation of the Order. We usually charge purchases to your credit card before the process of sending your order has begun. In case of an out-of-stock product, we operate the refund on your credit card or payment card.
The customer may pay for purchases by credit card or by Visa or MasterCard payment card.
Decathlon.com.cy guarantees the security of payment by bank card by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol encryption system and by having payments processed by Cybersource. – update once we have clarification from Viva on terms
The customer is informed that the offers of products and services and the prices offered for purchase in Decathlon stores are not applicable to purchases on the decathlon.com.cy website and vice versa. Prices may vary according to the commercial policy of each Decathlon store.
All our orders can be delivered to all the areas in Cyprus listed on the website.
The delivery times shown on the Website are counted from the date on which the payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery date will be confirmed in the order confirmation email.
At Decathlon, we stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, rest assured! Our products are backed by a minimum guarantee of 2 years, and non-Decathlon items are guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise specified.
Refund Process:
In case of a proven defect, we will refund both the initial cost of the item and the transportation expenses. The warranty specifically covers defects arising during normal use of the product.
Exclusions:
This warranty doesn't extend to problems caused by negligence, deterioration, or inappropriate use by the customer. We want to emphasize that defects resulting from improper installation or mishandling of equipment, gear, accessories, or other products offered by Decathlon are not covered.

For all types of defects, please reach out to our customer service either through the "Contact Us" link in the website footer or via chat. We are here to assist you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please initiate the process promptly. You can either chat with us or submit a request through the "Contact Us" link as soon as you place your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that the order is still under preparation and hasn’t been handed over to the courier.
In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled within the scheduled time due to an item being out of stock, you will receive an email notification about the cancellation of the order. If only one item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to proceed with the remaining items or if you prefer to cancel the entire order.
We value your satisfaction and strive to make your online shopping experience on the Website enjoyable. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product, you have two convenient options:
Visit any Decathlon store in Cyprus within 30 days from the date of product delivery. Ensure you bring the order printed receipt for a smooth return or exchange process.
Contact our customer service team to arrange for a home return. This option allows you to return the product without leaving your home. Please make sure to have the order printed receipt ready for collection.
After our store team checks the return, we will be pleased to refund the amount excluding the transportation charges to the payment card used for your order, or through a gift voucher if paid by a gift voucher. Please note that products must be in their original packaging. All technical products will be subject to a quality check at the time of return.
A product may be returned for a refund within 30 days (with the exception of underwear and men's and women's swimming suits). To be eligible for a refund, the product must be new, fit for resale, and have the labels attached. Additionally, all components of the returned product must be included. The store reserves the right to refuse any return that is considered non-compliant.

Decathlon will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations to you, in whole or in part, or for damage or losses that you may incur if such non-performance, damage, or losses result from a case of force majeure or a natural disaster. Examples of force majeure events include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, strikes, acts of terrorism, wars, government actions, and any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Decathlon.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all products purchased through the website are solely subject to the warranties, if any, offered by the manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. Decathlon Cyprus, to the extent allowed by applicable laws, makes no express or implied representations, warranties, covenants, or conditions. The only warranty provided is the one expressly stated on the website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing provisions, Decathlon Cyprus expressly disclaims liability for claims related to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper use of the product, modification of the product, incorrect product selection, or misappropriation. In case of proceedings under these terms and conditions of online sale, Decathlon Cyprus's liability will be limited to the purchase price paid for the order by you to Decathlon.com.cy.
In the event that any clause or clauses in these terms and conditions are declared invalid or void pursuant to any law, regulation, or decision of a court or administrative authority, the remaining clauses will continue to be valid and in effect.
Decathlon will exert its best efforts to replace any such invalid clauses with a valid clause that best aligns with the spirit of these terms and conditions. If a party chooses not to enforce any clause, whether permanently or temporarily, such forbearance may not, in any case, be considered a waiver of the clause.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Cyprus, and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cyprus.
